I worked as a labor and delivery nurse for 16 years and fell in love with providing support to laboring women. Eventually I continued my education to become a Certified Nurse-Midwife because women’s healthcare is my calling.
I get excited at every new OB appointment and love sharing that joy with my patients. Being approachable and caring while providing the full spectrum of women’s healthcare motivates me to continue learning.
I was born and raised in Eagle River. I graduated from Chugiak High School and attended UAA’s School of Nursing. After spending some time out of state, I am so happy to be home!
On my personal time, I enjoy snowboarding, reading and spending time with my family.
