I love introducing women and their partners to parenthood. I am grateful to be connected to many local families with whom I have had the honor of sharing their pregnancy and birth experience. I want to support each woman’s journey of building her family and make it a positive and inclusive experience. The relationships I have built with my patients have allowed me to support them not only through childbirth but also throughout their lives.

I’ve lived in Alaska for over 30 years and continue to be amazed by the great outdoors and adventures with my family. For most of this time I’ve been lucky to be a part of the birth process, first as a Labor and Delivery RN and then as a Nurse Practitioner and Certified Nurse-Midwife.
