Anchorage Women’s Clinic (AWC), a well-established, independent OB/GYN practice, is seeking a board-certified/eligible physician to join our collaborative practice. Our provider team includes physicians, certified nurse-midwives, nurse practitioners, a licensed professional counselor, and ultrasonographer.
We offer a full range of gynecologic, obstetric, and surgical services, including Da Vinci Robot.
- Physicians see patients at two local hospitals – Providence Alaska Medical Center (our primary) and Alaska Regional Hospital
- Calls are 24-hour call shifts. No work on post-call day
- Full-time work schedule is (avg.) – two clinic days, one surgery day, and one call day
- Certified Nurse-Midwives take “first” call three days per week
- Our professional credentialing team completes the majority of work for new provider credentialing (hospitals, surgery center, and insurance)
