Anchorage Women’s Clinic is seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator/Generalist to join our team-oriented practice. This position works closely with senior management and is responsible for coordinating and/or performing duties relating to staff development, recruitment, employee benefits, employee records, and regulatory reporting.
The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in business or human resources and a minimum of five years’ HR experience. Experience with an HRIS system required, ADP experience preferred. HR certification and previous medical group practice experience a plus.
