Human Resources Coordinator

Anchorage Women’s Clinic is seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our administrative team. This position is responsible for recruitment, new hire onboarding, employee benefits, employee records, and regulatory reporting.

Successful candidate will excel in a team environment, have strong knowledge of federal and state HR laws and regulations, and demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Prior HRIS experience required; ADP Workforce Now preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in business or HR and a minimum of three years’ HR coordinator experience required.
